Deep Silver has acquired the rights to develop and publish Homefront: The Revolution. They also acquired all the current assets to the game.
All this comes after the fact that Crytek has been in financial troubles and was facing bankruptcy.
Homefront: The Revolution was being developed by Crytek and it's unknown whether it will meet it's 2015 release date.
